Find space
within.
Through slow, strong movement and deep, restorative stillness, these practices invite you to feel grounded, create space and reconnect more deeply—with your body, your breath and yourself.
Choose how you want to practice.
WEEKLY CLASSES
Yoga through movement and stillness.
Two distinct practices sit at the heart of Our Wild Souls yoga: slow, strong vinyasa that develops strength, flexibility and mobility through meditative movement, and introspective yin that creates space through flexibility, stillness and deep rest.
Breathwork, yoga philosophy and mindfulness are woven through both, supporting greater awareness and a deeper connection with yourself.
THURSDAY EVENING
An unhurried slow and strong vinyasa practice focused on strength, mobility and gentle flow. Meditative movement is balanced with pockets of stillness, creating space to breathe, notice and reconnect.
Embody.
SUNDAY EVENING
An introspective yin practice of mostly long-held, floor-based postures, giving the body time to soften and create space through flexibility. The class moves slowly towards an extended savasana, supporting deep rest, awareness and a sense of calm.
Surrender.
SPACE TO GROW
More ways to practise will be add over time.
Restorative classes and workshops will be added alongside weekly classes, as well as yoga being woven into seasonal offerings.
AN INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Begin.
For beginners, those returning to yoga or those who would like deeper guidance for their practice.
Across four weeks, spend two-hour spacious sessions, exploring the foundations of a vinyasa practice, alongside an introduction to the quieter qualities of yin. You’ll experience foundational postures and transitions, learn how to use props to support, modify and deepen your practice, be offered adjustments in postures and introduced to some breath work practices, yogic philosophy and mindfulness.
Numbers are intentionally kept small, allowing time for individual guidance and helping each person build confidence at their own pace.
